Wearable Posters.
Poster graphics translated into textile patterns, wearable studies and product communication.

Project overview
Wearable Posters explores the movement of a graphic composition between a flat poster and a textile that folds, wraps and follows the body. Colour, image fragments, borders and crops form the basis of a system designed to accommodate changes in scale and orientation.
The graphics develop into repeatable textile patterns, with Art of Where mockups used to explore seam placement, cropping and alternative drapes. Some arrangements reveal larger parts of the original composition, while others fragment it through folds. A consistent palette and texture language connect the different configurations.
The project also includes a responsive promotional banner, collectable button concepts, magnetic mounting instructions, an assembly booklet and packaging design. These applications extend the visual premise into product communication, considering how the poster and textile are introduced, displayed, worn, assembled and stored.

Design highlights
- Pattern translation
- Poster imagery, coloured bands, borders and photographic fragments become repeatable textile patterns, allowing the composition to change through cropping, folding and orientation on the body.
- Drape studies
- Art of Where mockups explore seam placement, image crops and alternative scarf arrangements, showing how graphic fragments interact with folds and garment silhouette.
- Assembly information
- Sequential diagrams and wall measurements organise the magnetic mounting instructions, translating the display concept into an assembly booklet with a defined reading order.
